PRAYER TO THE HOLY SPIRIT
Holy Spirit, Thou who make me see everything, show me the way to reach my ideals. You give the divine gifts to forgive and forget any wrong done to me, and who are in all instances in my life with me. Help me to do no wrong to anyone. In this short dialogue, I want to thank you for everything and confirm once more that I never want to be separated from you no matter how great the material desires maybe. I want to be with you and my loved ones when Jesus comes. Amen.
ACT OF CONSECRATION TO THE SACRED HEART OF JESUS
Most sweet Jesus, Redeemer of the human race, look down upon us who humbly prostrate before you. We are yours, and yours we wish to be; but to be more surely united with you, behold each one of us who freely consecrates himself today to your Most Sacred Heart. Many indeed have never known you; many, too, despising your precepts, have rejected you. Have mercy on them all, most merciful Jesus, and draw them to your Sacred Heart.
Be King, O Lord, not only of the faithful who have never forsaken you, but also of the prodigal children who have abandoned you; grant that they may quickly return to their Father’s house, lest they die of wretchedness and hunger.
Be King of those who are deceived by erroneous opinions, or whom discord keeps aloof, and call them back to the harbor of truth and the unity of faith, so that soon there may be but one flock and one Shepherd.
Grant, O Lord, to your Church assurance of freedom and immunity from harm; give tranquility of order to all nations; make the earth resound from pole to pole with one cry: Praise to the Divine Heart that wrought our salvation; to it be glory and honor forever. Amen.

PRAYER OF INTERCESSION TO THE SACRED HEART OF JESUS
Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, we prostrate ourselves before You, to adore, praise and thank You, and to consecrate ourselves to Your love.
With the most absolute confidence we repeat together: Heart of Jesus, grant us the help we need for our state of life.
Lord, hear our prayer.
Heart of Jesus, establish peace in our families.
Heart of Jesus, bless the homes where Your Name is honored.
Heart of Jesus, assist us in our tasks and console us in our grief.
Heart of Jesus, send us Your abundant blessings on all our undertakings.
Heart of Jesus, be our sure refuge in life and at the hour of death.
Heart of Jesus, be for sinners an ocean of mercy.
Heart of Jesus, make tepid souls fervent.
Heart of Jesus, grant rapid progress of souls toward perfection.
Heart of Jesus, grant to those who work for the salvation of souls the gift of touching the most hardened hearts.
Heart of Jesus, may You reign always in the world in spite of Satan's work.

ACT OF CONSECRATION TO THE IMMACULATE HEART OF MARY
O Mary, Virgin Most Powerful and Mother of Mercy, Queen of Heaven and Refuge of Sinners, I consecrate myself to your Immaculate Heart.
I consecrate my being and my life, all that I have, all that I am, all that I love. To you I give my body, my heart and my soul; to you I give my home, my family, my Country. I desire that everything in me, everything around me, belong to you. To make this act of consecration purposeful and lasting, I renew this day the promises of my Baptism.
Finally, O glorious Mother of God and loving Mother of us all, I promise I shall try to inspire in others devotion to you so as to hasten, through the Queenship of your Immaculate Heart, the coming of the Kingdom of the Sacred Heart in my heart and in the hearts of all. Amen.

NOVENA PRAYER FOR THE INTERCESSION OF ST. MAXIMILIAN KOLBE
Merciful God, You made St. Maximilian Kolbe one of the foremost Catholic evangelists of the difficult twentieth century.
Through the Militia Immaculatae movement which he founded, he implanted the truths of the Immaculate Conception and your merciful plan for us all in countless hearts thus moving them to full conversion in faith and hope to perfect obedience and union with the Heart of Jesus and to complete observance of the New Covenant.
You made him fruitful through carrying the cross of suffering with dignity and hope, loving his persecutors and giving up his life for a total stranger. Through his intercession grant us our petitions…(here mention the requests you have). Give us a like dignity and hope in our sufferings and sacrifices and it if it will glorify you, heal us of all infirmities, both physical and spiritual.
Grant to all enrolled in this novena all the great graces St. Maximilian himself desires and asks for them.
Enable each of us individually and the Church as a whole to follow his example of effective Catholic evangelism with Mary. Finally, grant his ardent prayers for the return to you of every individual person, family, society, nation and culture of our time and of all time to come. Amen.

O Jesus, who filled Your handmaid Blessed Faustina with profound veneration for Your boundless Mercy, deign, if it be Your holy will, to grant me, through her intercession, the grace for which I fervently pray …
My sins render me unworthy of Your Mercy, but be mindful of Blessed Faustina’s spirit of sacrifice and self-denial, and reward her virtue by granting the petition which, with childlike confidence, I present to You through her intercession. Amen.

PRAYER TO SAINT JOSEPH
To you, O Blessed Joseph, we go in our difficulties, and while asking for the help of your most holy Spouse, our Blessed Lady, we confidently invoke your patronage also. With the same love which united you to the Immaculate Virgin Mother of God, and by the fatherly affection which you showed to the Child Jesus, we humbly ask you to remember that you are united to us by the glorious new life which Jesus shares with us through His Death and Resurrection and to help us in our need by your powerful intercession.
O most provident guardian of the Holy Family, protect us, the brothers and sisters of Jesus Christ; help us keep ourselves from falling into error and ways which are contrary to love for Jesus; united to us as you are in the communion of saints, assist us, O most powerful protector, in our struggle with the powers of darkness, and as once you rescued the Child Jesus from an attack against His life, so now defend the Mystical Body of Christ from those who try to divide and destroy Christ in His Holy People.
Shield each one of us with your unceasing patronage, that by imitating your example, and supported by your aid, we may be enabled to live a good life, die a holy death, and come to everlasting happiness in the presence of God. Amen.

This is all that I ask of you. Thank you, Saint Joseph.

THE MEMORARE OF ST. BERNARD OF CLAIRVAUX
Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that any one who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, and sought thy intercession, was left unaided. PRAYER FOR VOCATIONS
Good Father,
In Christ Your Son
You reveal to us your love,
You embrace us as your children
And You offer us the possibility
Of discovering in your will
The lines of our true face.
Holy Father,
You call us to be holy
As you are holy.
We pray, You never allow
Your Church
To lack holy ministers and apostles
Who, with the word and the sacraments,
May open the way to the encounter
With you.
Merciful Father,
Give to lost humanity
Men and women who,
Through the witness of a life
Transfigured to the image of your Son,
May walk joyfully
With their other brothers and sisters
Toward our heavenly homeland.
Our Father,
With the voice of your Holy Spirit,
And trusting in the maternal intercession
Of Mary,
We earnestly beseech You:
Send to your Church priests
Who will be courageous witnesses
To your infinite bounty.
Amen!

A PRAYER TO ST. JOSEPH FOR THE UNEMPLOYED
Glorious Saint Joseph, when God chose a human foster father for His Son, He chose you, a carpenter, thereby marking His appreciation for the work of human beings. You labored unceasingly, and you shared your workshop with Jesus.
Your workday, which resembled that of other workers, took on a special significance because the Son of God labored by your side.
Assist the jobless in finding employment suited to their capabilities and responsibilities. May the work of each individual become for everyone a source of prosperity and happiness. Amen.

PRAYER TO SAINT MARIA GORETTI
O Saint Maria Goretti, who, strengthened by God’s Grace, did not hesitate, even at the age of twelve, to shed your blood and sacrifice life itself to defend your virginal purity, deign to look graciously on the unhappy human race which has strayed far from the path of eternal salvation.
Teach us all, and especially modern youth, with what courage and promptitude we should flee anything that could offend Jesus and defile our souls with sin. Obtain for us from God a great horror of sin so that keeping our souls undefiled we may live holy lives on earth and win eternal glory in heaven. Amen.
PRAYER TO SAINT MARTIN DE PORRES
Loving God, Martin’s charity not only embraced the needy women and men of his time but even the animals of the field. Help us to be instruments of change in our world being mindful of Your son in the face of the Poor. Grant this through the same Christ our Lord. Amen.
NOVENA TO OUR LADY OF MOUNT CARMEL

We glory in wearing your holy habit, which makes us members of your family of Carmel, through which we shall have your powerful protection in life, at death, and even after death.
Look down with love, O Gate of Heaven, on all those now in their last agony! Look down graciously, O Virgin, Flower of Carmel, on all those in need of help! Look down mercifully, O Mother of Our Savior, on all those who do not know that they are numbered among your children! Look down tenderly, O Queen of All Saints, on the poor souls!.

PRAYER FOR HEALING
Healing comes in many forms, God. I turn to You now for the healing that only You and Your love can give to me. I pray that like Your Son, I will be open to Your will, not mine, during the days and nights ahead. You know my pains and my fears. You know what will comfort me. I place my needs in Your hands and ask Your healing power to touch me. Give me the grace to accept the healing love You offer me. I ask all this, through the intercession of Our Lady of Lourdes. Amen.

PRAYER FOR THE DEPARTED SOUL
Incline Thine ear, O Lord, unto our prayers, wherein we humbly pray Thee to show Thy servant (mention here the name of the person dead), whom Thou hast commanded to pass out of this world that Thou wouldst place him/her in the region of peace and light and bid him/her to be partaker with the Saints, through Christ our Lord. PRAYER BY SAINT PATRICK

PRAYER BY ST. IGNATIUS OF LOYOLA
Take, Lord, all my liberty. Receive my memory, my understanding and my whole will. Whatever I have and possess, you have given to me; to you I restore it wholly, and to your will I utterly surrender it for your direction. Give me the love of you only, with your grace, and I am rich enough; nor ask I anything beside.
PRAYER BY SAINT THOMAS AQUINAS
God of all goodness, grant us to desire ardently, to seek wisely, to know surely, and to accomplish perfectly your holy will, for the glory of your name.
PRAYER FOR PEACE
Lord, make me an instrument of Your peace;
Where there is hatred, let me sow love;
Where there is injury, pardon;
Where there is doubt, faith;
Where there is darkness, light;
Where there is sadness, joy.
O Divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console;
To be understood as to understand;
To be loved as to love;
For it is in giving that we receive,
It is in pardoning that we are pardoned, and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.

PRAYER OF GRATITUDE TO GOD
Lord, allow me to be silent,
Although I wish I could tell all,
understand all and explain all.
This morning, just let me be silent.
Here is my body, here is my life,
Here is my heart,
here are my hands,
Here is my breath which is
nothing more than the wind,
Here is my body which is nothing
more than the earth,
Here is my flesh whose only treasure is water,
Here are my bones which are stone and calcium.
I am the world which stands in front of You.
I am the earth which thanks You.
I am the echo of Your Word.
Through the beautiful avenue
of the creation,
Through the great and difficult
road of history,
Rendered heavy by so much love
and consequently so many dramas,
I at last return to You to say:
THANK YOU.

MILITIA IMMACULATA PRAYER OF MARIAN CONSECRATION
O Immaculata, Queen of Heaven and earth, refuge of sinners and our most loving Mother, God has willed to entrust the entire order of mercy to you. I, (mention your name here), a repentant sinner, cast myself at your feet, humbly imploring you to take me with all that I am and have wholly to yourself as your possession and property. Please make of me, of all my powers of soul and body, of my whole life, death and eternity, whatever most pleases you.
If it pleases you, use all that I am and have without reserve, wholly to accomplish what was said of you: "She will crush your head," and "You alone have destroyed all heresies in the whole world." Let me be a fit instrument in your immaculate and merciful hands for introducing and increasing your glory to the maximum in all the many strayed and indifferent souls, and thus help extend as far as possible the blessed kingdom of the most Sacred Heart of Jesus. For wherever you enter you obtain the grace of conversion and growth in holiness, since it is through your hands that all graces come to us from the most Sacred Heart of Jesus.
V. Allow me to praise you, O sacred Virgin.
R. Give me strength against your enemies.

A PARENTS' PRAYER
God, our Father, You gave us life, Your life, and You enable us to give life to others. Watch over our children, Your children. Protect them from the dangers of this day. Help them to know always that we love them, You love them.
God, our Father, give us strength this day. Help us to love with Your love. Help us be an example for our children, to listen to them and to give them our time and energy -- in the competing chaos of life. Help us to know when our children need us, even when they don't say a word. Help us to answer with patience, wisdom and compassion.
God, our Father, remind us that You are always with us, holding us and our children gently in the palm of Your hand, cradling us in Your love and mercy. Amen.

PRAYER FOR OUR PARENTS
O God, let me understand my parents better and return love for love. If I cannot love them as I once did, it means that I should love them even more deeply, not like a stammering child but as someone who feels that which he wants to express from his very soul in words that are strong but sweet.
I will approach my father and mother, who toil for me and whose labor I have ignored up to now.
I will take up and repeat, with more understanding than ever, the familiar prayer of my childhood: Our Father Who art in heaven, hear the prayer I address to You for my parents; through them You have given me everything, render unto them all the good they have done to me.
They gave me life; keep them in good health. They fed me; give them their daily bread. They clothed me; may their souls ever be clothed with Your grace. Give them on earth the happiness to be found in loving and serving You, and grant that one day we may all be untied in heaven. Amen.

PRAYER FOR THE PRACTICE OF CHRISTIAN CHASTITY
O Saint Joseph, who had the bliss of living in chastity with Mary, the purest of virgins, grant us to live in purity of body and soul, befitting the children of God and the temples of the Holy Spirit. In the midst of the allurements and temptations of our times, grant that we be witnesses of Christian virtue without over-indulgence or scruple, without fear or imprudence. Grant that, following your example, we may prove our faith to men and our love to God, by directing our desires according to the demands of a veritable love and the appeal of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

PRAYER FOR A HAPPY DEATH
Saint Joseph, who had the joy of dying between Jesus and Mary, and whom all Christians honor as the patron and comforter of the dying, I call upon your protection for the last instants of my life. May I die the death of the just, and to obtain such a grace, may I live as you in the presence of the Lord and of the Virgin Mary, so as to share in the Redemption when I also will have to appear before God. Amen.

PRAYER FOR THE POPE
Saint Joseph, patron of the universal Church, please help and support our Holy Father the Pope, in his work as supreme Pastor of all the faithful; obtain for him the graces and the light of the Holy Spirit, so that he may be for all a model of virtue, of holiness, and that sustained by the force from on high, he may govern the Church with kindness and goodness, with wisdom, strength and righteousness. Pray that he may enjoy perfect health and live only for God and the salvation of souls, according to the example Christ himself, who has loved us and given His life to save us. Amen.

CONSECRATION OF YOUR FAMILY
Lord Jesus Christ, we consecrate to You today ourselves and our family. The love for us and for all men that fills Your Heart prompts us to pledge our lives in return.
We wish to live our lives in union with You. We wish to share Your mission of bringing Your Father's love to all men. We wish You to be the center of our hearts and of our home.
Lord Jesus Christ, accept this consecration of our family to you, and keep us ever one in Your most Sacred Heart. Amen.
NOVENA PRAYER TO ST. THERESE OF THE CHILD JESUS
O Little Therese of the Child Jesus, please pick for me a rose from the heavenly gardens and send it to me as a message of love.
O Little Flower of Jesus, ask God today to grant the favours I now place with confidence in your hands ... (mention your specific requests here).
St. Therese, help me to always believe as you did, in God's great love for me, so that I might imitate your 'Little Way' each day. Amen.
PRAYER FOR ACCEPTING US AS WE ARE
...Help each of us, Lord, to feel good about ourselves.
Teach us to recognize and appreciate our assets and talents and to avoid letting ourselves become discouraged by our weaknesses and limitations.
Let us realize that -- because we are human -- we are not perfect, we all have faults, we all make mistakes, we all do foolish and embarrassing things.
Let us learn how to forgive ourselves for our mistakes and our weaknesses.
Let us learn to spend more time doing the best we can with what we have and less time worrying about what we can't do or don't have.
When we find it hard to have faith in ourselves, Lord, let us know and feel that you have faith in us.
We ask you, Lord, not only to love us when we find it difficult to love ourselves, but teach us how to view and value ourselves as the unique, precious individuals we are.
Let us learn to feel secure in your sight.
Let us learn to feel joy in knowing that you care about every one of us, that you love us just as we are. Amen.

PRAYER FOR FINDING THE RIGHT LIFE PARTNER
God,
You made men and women to be with each other.
So the Bible says.
Help me to love myself the way You love me.
Help me in all my relationships with others.
And then, help me to know who the right one for me is.
And, if things don't work out with that someone, give me strength to get past the pain and, filled with Your love, lead me to love again.
Thanks for listening, God. Amen.
